Hartford Parks & Recreation is hosting a free, family-friendly Trunk-or-Treat on Saturday, October 31st from 2-4pm. Trunk-or-Treaters will walk from trunk to trunk collecting candy, toys, or trinkets from creatively decorated vehicles. Community members are invited to participate by decorating their trunk, tailgate, or hatchback and bringing treats; sign-up is available through the department's online form. The event is designed to provide a safe, festive environment for families and neighbors to celebrate together.
