Join us for a nature discovery walk together along the trails of Montshire’s Healing Forest! We will examine trees and logs and learn how they work together in the Forest. Meet the museum educator on the terrace after checking in with the admissions desk. Materials will be provided. Family Nature Walk is a wonderful time for budding scientists to participate in science inquiry through observation and asking questions. Walk together on the Montshire’s gentle trails to connect with nature, nurture scientific thinking, and bask in the benefits of the Healing Forest. Grounded in the science-backed practice of shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, discover the wonders of nature together. We welcome all Parents, Grandparents, Caregivers, and their children on this Family Walk to the Healing Forest along Montshire’s accessible path.
