Young learners will explore how we care for animals, gardens, and the farm during colder months. Through interactive play, they’ll dress up stuffed animals in hand-knitted winter clothing. Storytime will highlight the coziness of the season, and everyone will enjoy a snack of locally baked bread with homemade butter and local jam. (Allergens: gluten & dairy) Sensory Story Hour is a movement-rich, interactive experience designed for children ages 3-5 and their caregivers. Through stories, song, poetry, rhymes, sensory exploration, and farm-themed activities, children will build early literacy skills while engaging with the sights, sounds, and textures of the farm. A local Vermont snack will be provided, and advance registration is recommended.
