Eggs-perimenting for ages 6-8

Eggs will be our platform for launching into a variety of science concepts, processes, and topics. We’ll look at the anatomy and structure of eggs with some classic physics experiments; experiment with the chemistry and the structure of proteins and fats as we cook up science in our classroom kitchen; and we’ll end our eggs-plorations with an egg-drop engineering challenge off the balconies! This class meets for three Thursdays. This class meets for three Tuesdays. For homeschoolers aged 6-8
