And, in the spirit of tradition, you'll also discover the fine craftsmanship of making Cornish Pasties, each one a testament to the rich history of British pastry. In this class, we are unable to provide plant-based alternatives for the meat pie fillings. The pastry that accompanies the meat pie(s) is made from lard.
