This class is designed for the home baker who wishes to learn a simple “blitz” puff pastry and simple applications for the dough, both savory and sweet. Students will have the opportunity to create a delicious pithivier filled with fresh apples and a delicately sweetened almond cream, as well as make savory parmesan palmiers.
