Join us on Monday, May 26 (Memorial Day) for The Murph Challenge at Upper Valley Aquatic Center—a tribute to LT. Michael P. Murphy and all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
This event isn’t just about fitness—it’s about honor, sacrifice, and community. All donations will support the Wounded Warrior Project, helping veterans and their families.
7:45AM WARM-UP • 8:00AM START
CHALLENGE INCLUDES: 1 MILE RUN, 300 SQUATS, 200 PUSHUPS, 100 PULLUPS, 1 MILE RUN
Options will be available to modify, if needed. Go at your own pace and complete along side your favorite UVAC employees.
