THE MURPH CHALLENGE 2024 AT UPPER VALLEY AQUATIC CENTER

Named after Navy Lt. Michael P. Murphy, the first service member to receive the Medal of Honor for Service in Afghanistan, this is a go-at-your-own-pace challenge with options to modify.

CHALLENGE INCLUDES: 1 MILE RUN, 300 SQUATS, 200 PUSHUPS, 100 PULL-UPS, 1 MILE RUN

Options will be available to modify, if needed. Go at your own pace and complete along side your favorite UVAC employees.
