Pathways to Entrepreneurship: Expanding Access to Capital for BIPOC Businesses in NH & VT

February 15, 2024 | 8:00 am - 2:00 pm at the Hilton Garden Inn, Lebanon NH

BIPOC entrepreneurs often encounter difficulties accessing funding for their businesses as the traditional requirements to obtain loan approvals are unobtainable. Reliance on credit scores and collateral such as owning a home can create barriers for entrepreneurs, despite having the knowledge, skill and drive to own their business.  Lendistry has successfully financed new businesses using non-traditional programs that create more equity in lending.

SESSIONS:

> 8:00 am - 10:00 am  Coffee & Networking for BIPOC Entrepreneurs - New business owners or those interested in starting a business are invited to network and learn from our speaker Lendistry on how to access capital to start or expand a business. Lenders also invited to participate and meet entrepreneurs.

> 11:30 am - 1:00 pm Keynote Lunch - Speakers from Lendistry will discuss alternative lending criteria models that remove barriers to accessing capital for BIPOC-owned businesses.
