Please join us October 26th at 6:30pm for a Halloween Masquerade Fete at historic Hubble Shire Farm in Chelsea, VT.  Dress to impress!  Most creative costume will win a bottle of Billecart-Salmon champagne. 

Menu includes herbed crepes with smoked salmon, stilton cheese croquettes with port wine sauce, deviled quails eggs with Icelandic caviar~choice of weinerschnitzel with lingonberry compote or roasted salmon with horseradish cream sauce, cucumber salad and truffled potatoes~pumpkin chiffon mousse cake with pecan shortbread crust.
