National Manufacturing Day Celebration
Celebrate Windsor’s significant manufacturing heritage with free admission to the American Precision Museum, on National Manufacturing Day, Friday, October 4th, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. National Manufacturing Day is observed annually to showcase the opportunities available in modern manufacturing careers by encouraging thousands of companies and educational institutions across the country to open their doors to students, parents, teachers and community leaders. The American Precision Museum is located in the 1846 Robbins & Lawrence Armory, a National Historic Landmark, and traces the beginnings of manufacturing to modern technology through exhibits and interactive programs. Open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. through October 31. The American Precision Museum is proud to be a Blue Star Museum, offering free admission to active duty military & their families.
