July and August are peak months for harvest in the Upper Valley. If you’re looking to eat local this summer, you’re in for some delicious fruits and veggies. Here’s what you can expect:


Fruits:

  • Blackberries 

  • Blueberries

  • Cherries

  • Plums

  • Raspberries 

  • Strawberries

  • Apples (August)


Veggies:

  • Cucumbers

  • Kale

  • Kohlrabi 

  • Lettuce

  • Peas

  • Peppers

  • Potato

  • Turnips 

  • Cauliflower (end of July and August)

  • Asparagus Beans

  • Beet Greens 

  • Beets
