A new cafe opened in White River Junction, VT, in May and is excited to welcome in new and returning customers. 

The Chameleon Cafe, located at 39 S Main St, is owned by Anna Magoon. She told the Valley News the cafe features a rotating menu to respond to the volatility of the market which can skyrocket prices over night.

“Being able to adapt and being able to make changes in terms of the menu was really, really important to me because of the way everything fluctuates,” Magoon, 30, said in an interview with Valley News.

The breakfast menu includes burritos, New York bagels, parfaits, and more. For lunch, enjoy soups, salads, and sandwiches. Make sure to try the delicious coffee too.

The cafe is open Monday through Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday. Lunch starts at 11 a.m.
