Some Not So Spooky Kid-Friendly Halloween Events

Halloween is next week, which means if you don’t have a go-to not so spooky event to attend, you’re probably hunting for one to bring your kids to. Luckily, we’ve compiled a list of a few to visit.


Trick or Treat on Allen Street

In Hanover, NH, ​​Trick or Treat on Allen Street is a great option. The event is happening on Oct. 24 from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Several businesses will be attending. Click here to learn more.


Spooky Science at Montshire Museum 

Montshire Museum in Norwich, VT, is holding its Spooky Science event on Oct. 24 from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. 

“This (not so scary) event is designed especially for families with children through age 12. Enjoy a night at the Montshire, in costume,” the website said.

Tickets are required. They are  $12 for members, and $16 for non-members. 


Kids Baking Class 

King Arthur Baking is holding a kids baking class on Oct. 26 at 9 a.m. Young bakers will get a chance to make a Halloween-themed treat. The price is $110. Learn more here.
