Killington’s annual wine festival, Killington Uncorked, is happening July 18 and 19. The event is hosted by Killington Pico Area Association and is one of its three major fundraising events.

“This year, the festival is raising the bar with an even more diverse selection of international and local wines. Take your taste buds on a global journey—from the rolling vineyards of France to the sun-kissed hills of California and back to Vermont’s lush landscapes,” the event’s website said.

In addition to wine, the festival is introducing premium spirits and non-alcoholic beverages for this year’s event. 

The Estate Tasting Gala is happening on Friday. Guests can explore the wine selection, try pairings by Killington’s own Chef Eric Rusch, listen to live music, and chat with winery representatives from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. 

Saturday is Grand Tasting at the K-1 Lodge from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. VIP entry begins at noon.

“Your ticket includes one-ounce tastings, a variety of expertly prepared food, and a signature wine glass to take home,” the website said.
