Try Trapeze Yoga At The Woodstock Inn & Resort Athletic Club

Join the Woodstock Inn & Resort Athletic Club on Monday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30 pm for trapeze yoga, a 60-minute yoga session that builds upper body strength and relieves back pain. You’ll get a good stretch in with this class, have the opportunity to practice inversions, and enjoy a small group with one-on-one attention from the instructor.

No experience is required, and yoga poses can be tailored to meet each participant's individual needs and comfort level. Trapeze yoga is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or those with high or low blood pressure, glaucoma or other eye issues, recent surgeries, vertigo, or prosthetic hips.

Preregistration for trapeze yoga classes is required. Call (802) 457-6656, email [email protected], or reserve your spot on the Mindbody app. Classes are limited to six participants. Most classes are complimentary with memberships or for inn guests.
