What's In Season At Cedar Circle Farm

Head to Cedar Circle Farm & Education Center in Thetford, Vermont, to pick fresh organic berries, pumpkins, or sign up for a CSA and bring the farm home every single week.
Everything grown on the farm is organic since 2003, and they practice regenerative organic farming, transitioning to no-till land management and using cover crops to support and improve the natural health of local soil.
Q: Can you pick your own at the farm?
A: Yes! You can pick strawberries, blueberries, and pumpkins right at the farm.
Q: What is available at the Farmstand?
A: Everything you would need for dinner, including just-picked produce, meat, cheese, dairy products, and delicious treats from other local farmers and small shops. Just make sure you come hungry because each day, there are new tasty foods from the farm kitchen, including salads, cookies, muffins, and fresh-baked bread.
Q: How do I know what is in season?
A: Under the Resources tab on Cedar Circle Farm’s website, there is a list of everything in season organized by month.

Q: Do they have recipes?
A: Yes! Under the Resources tab on Cedar Circle Farm’s website, there are recipes, cooking tips, storage tips, gardening tips, and more. There are also education programs available for adults and kids, including a review of medicinal herbs and how to sprout an avocado pit.
