Elementary school children and public art—an irresistible combination! Back in October, artist Robert Rossel was in residence at Woodstock Elementary School for a week. He worked with every student to create ceramic tiles for a mural that will permanently grace the exterior of the Ottauquechee Health Center in Woodstock. The finished mural was presented during a brief ceremony at the Ottauquechee Health Center on Monday, May 20, 2019, at 10am.
