Food trucks are a fun way to get food on the go, and these six are among the very best. If you’re on the hunt for one of these trucks, make sure you check out their Facebook pages to see where they’re located each day. If it’s a spur of the moment thing, go to the Lebanon Green. Most say they are parked there on a regular basis.

Boisvert’s Curbside Kitchen

The Boisvert’s Curbside Kitchen food truck offers fried seafood, lobster rolls, hamburgers, chili, chowders, and more. Best of all, it’s open for both lunch and dinner—11am to 6:30 pm. Check their Facebook page for up-to-date info (@boisvertscurbsidekitchen).

VT Munchies

You’ll need to keep up with this truck’s Facebook page ( because they travel all over the Upper Valley! VT Munchies menu also changes each day, but their tasty Truffle Fries and Maple Korean Street Tacos are regular offerings. If you’re lucky, you can get the Fried Hershey Bites for dessert.

Taco’s Tacos

This food truck serves a variety of tacos on homemade tortillas. Taco's Tacos fillings include local ground beef, roasted chicken, pork, black beans, and locally foraged wild mushrooms. You can find them on Facebook at @tacostacosnh.

Wicked Awesome BBQ

While there is an actual Wicked Awesome BBQ restaurant in White River Junction, you’ll find their food truck out and about at various locations and events. When you find it, you can enjoy pulled pork or maple-rubbed pulled chicken sandwiches, natural casing hot dogs, and more. They are on Facebook at @wickedawesomebbq.

The Box Food Truck

According to this food truck’s website, The Box Food Truck is run by Dartmouth students for Dartmouth students, but I’m sure non-students can enjoy a bite too. The menu features falafel, roasted veggies, oregano, and preserved-lemon chicken, and roasted pork shoulder served with your choice of a pita, grain bowl, or salad. Check them out on Facebook at @theboxfoodtruck.

Vermont Maple BBQ

You can find Vermont Maple BBQ at its regular location in Randolph, Vermont, but they’re also on the move to festivals and gatherings around the Upper Valley. They are best known for their BBQ Hand-Pulled Pork Quesadilla. Keep track of them on their Facebook page at
