Chef McClure's Cassoulet Dinner

Cozy up for a culinary evening in Richardson's Tavern at the Woodstock Inn & Resort. The Night of Cassoulet will feature a 3-course dinner with wine pairings prepared by Executive Chef Matthew McClure. Award-winning food and travel writer Sylvie Bigar who recently wrote Cassoulet Confessions will join as guest speaker and co-host the event.
