The cafe will be right across from their current restaurant, located at 1 S. Main St. The owners plan to “use a custom-tiled, wood-fired oven to bake thin flatbreads called lahmajun and canoe-shaped pizzas called pide,” Seven Days said.

The bakery is scheduled to open sometime in Spring 2024.
