A Weekend Of Antiquing

In the Upper Valley, fall is the perfect time to go antiquing. Along with local antique stores and consignment businesses open year-round, there are also a couple of antique events to check out in Vermont next month.

For a weekend of antiquing, check out these two Vermont antique festivals coming up in October:

Vintage Market Days of Vermont Rutland, Vermont

            Friday, October 6 – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (early buying event)

            Saturday, October 7 – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (general admission)

            Sunday, October 8 – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (general admission)

Admission costs $15 per person and children 12 and under are free. One ticket is good for admission all weekend.

Champlain Valley Craft Show & Antique Expo Essex Junction, Vermont

            Friday, October 20 – 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.

            Saturday, October 21 – 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

            Sunday, October 22 – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Adult admission costs $10 per person, and children 14 and under are free. One admission is good for all three days.
