Located on 2095 Pomfret Road in South Pomfret, Vermont, ArtisTree Community Arts Center is a nonprofit that provides opportunities for a variety of experiences in the arts. Throughout the year, community members can participate in the arts programs, performances, gallery exhibits, and events. The organization began in 2003 with a focus on families and young children but has since added programs for teens and adults. Artistree also provides a space for special-needs populations to enjoy the arts.

This winter, consider venturing out to Artistree. There are toddler and preschool classes, after-school classes, homeschool classes, teen classes, vacation camps, and holiday gift workshops to entertain kids of all ages. Within the adult class lineup, community members can choose from ceramics, creative wellness, culinary arts, literary arts, music, movement classes, visual arts, and theater arts. Classes are offered throughout the week at various times to accommodate the schedules of as many people as possible.

Artistree is serious about enabling people of all economic situations to experience the joy of the arts. Financial aid and scholarships are available for each session. So don’t let finances keep you or your children from learning more about the arts and participating in meaningful experiences. Check out Artistree today at www.artistreevt.org or give them a call at (802) 457-3500.
